After church yesterday I fed the kids some lunch and then took Heidi upstairs for a nap. Then when I came down Jadyn was playing really well with her dolls so I took the opportunity to sneak downstairs to check my email. (Josh wasn't home) I got carried away writing my sister and then checked some blogs, when I suddenly remembered I had a 3 year old daughter that I hadn't heard a peep from in a while. I always know that if the house is this quiet with kids awake then a. someone died, or b. they are getting into trouble. So I ran up to see what was going on and find find Jadyn like this:
Well of curse not exactly like this, because immediately I started scolding and took away the icing sugar she was inhaling, and then, just as quickly, gave it back to her told her I would be right back, and returned, camera in hand and told her to take another bite for the camera. Confused I am sure, but not enough to question me, she was feeling very obedient and quickly did as she was told!
This is what life is all about!

that's awesome. I love how you took it away and then gave it back to take pics. that's something i would totally do. i love the look on her face.
she is so cute!! it totally looks like an ice cream container, not icing sugar. either way...DELICIOUS!! ha ha!!
Funny what we will do just for a photo! I've done it before. I also totally thought it was an ice cream container as well.
