Father's day

We had a fabulous time preparing for father's day all week! The girls love painting and drawing and anything crafty, so that's what we do. I just loved how Mya joined in on all the painting and love being such a big girl. For some reason this day every time i said her name with the camera ready for a picture, she would tilt her head and smile for me. It was waaaay cute, I have no idea where she got that from (though I have a hunch she might have learned it from a certain couple of big sisters) We decorated bags for the gifts for daddy and decorated Grandpa's "six pack" box.

Jadyn showing off the beautiful frame she painting for Grandpa Taylor.

Mya was working so hard!

The girls loved filling the bottles with Candy. One for the bottle, one for their mouth etc. lol

Heidi's frame artwork.

Goofy girls ;)

Do you think Heidi is sneaking just one more candy after she was told not too? Probably not right? She just has that cute grin on her face ALL the time ;)

Random, but after all their hard work, Josh woke up after his night shift and decided to do a little math work with the girls and the leftover skittles. He is such a great dad!

It was hard work finishing off all those bottles of cream soda! No seriously it was. The kids don't like pop and Josh doesn't like this particular kind, and I probably drink it twice a year, so 12 in a week (we made two boxes) was a little much! (I ended up pouring the last 4 bottles into the sink)

Today was fun, the girls were so excited for daddy to wake up and share their gifts with him!

Jadyn kept asking me to take pictures of her, haha.

Josh has mastered the super exaggerated excited look that the girls love so much!

What is father's day without a new tie and cuff links?

And this is what Mya did the entire afternoon while the festivities were happening!

We headed over to my parents house for dinner and a little ring around the rosie...

Umm, who got these pictures all out of order??

Bringing Grandpa's gift to him. It was heavy!

And we enjoyed a wonderful evening playing headbandz!
