Here are some photos to tell the story. We had a LOT of girls in the house. 13 plus my 3. A lot, and that was AFTER we cut Jadyn's list in half, she just couldn't invite everyone! She is such a friendly girl!
The smurf hat preparations:

The finished product. My friend Jessica came over to get me started and help me make all of them! I needed her motivation since i was not looking forward to makign these, but they ended up being really simple and impressive!
Blue food and berries, because smurfs like to eat berries of course.
The lovely cake! isn't it great? She was so happy with it!

Blue playdoh station.
We played that game where you pass around a present to the music and each time the music stops they get to open a layer.
They thought they were pretty funny turning the extra hats into boots!
A table full of smurfs! So much fun and so glad off of that is over for another year!

I can't believe you made all the hats! And had that many kids over. Way to go. Looks like such a fun party (and sounds like it too - Ella had a blast!)
Super clever and the birthday girl's face lets you know it was a huge success! You're an awesome mom!
I think that is the cutest idea!!!! How adorable and the hats turned out great :)
I still haven't done my kids' parties...they are coming, but I too can't wait until they are completed for another year. Fun to plan and fun to have, but also fun to be done. lol
