Yoga

My friend Emily introduced me to "Yoga for kids" a DVD that we now like to borrow from the library. It's a big hit with the kids. Excuse my messy house, we were too busy doing yoga to bother cleaning ;)





Jadyn has been taking piano lessons this past year from my sister in law. Heidi hasn't shown any interest at all. But this week I showed her a few notes and how she could play "Mary had a little lamb" from Jadyn's book and she has been playing it ever since. She is so proud of herself and wants to play all the time! Here she is showing her dad how it is done ;)

I just thought this was funny. Mya thinks she can just park and eat wherever she feels like it, on top of the box of block? Sounds good.
