Easter!

Even though this last trimester of pregnancy is making me super tired, I am trying to have a lot of fun with the kids while I don't have a new baby pressing for my time. We did some fun crafts leading up to Easter and the kids just soak it all in, they love any excuse to celebrate! They were counting down to Easter for over a week before! I love all the ideas I find on Pinterest, otherwise I would have no clue, I am definitely not naturally crafty! We made bunnies out of construction paper and cotton balls, easter eggs from paper and different shapes pasted on top, and Easter eggs with marshmallows. We also dyed easter eggs with koolaide!










After a long day of crafting, I have never seen her do this before, she must have still been getting over her sickness (we made the rounds through the house right before Easter with us all getting sick!)


Jadyn was definitely sick with her tired eyes, she stayed home from school that week, but got bored of sitting on the couch all day and was up for some Easter egg dying!

I tried to make this cake look like a nest with all the eggs in it, I think it looked a lot better on pinterest, oh well, the kids thought it was great still!

And to make sure we incorporated the real reason we celebrate Easter, the girls all gathered around the computer while we watched the Easter Mormon messages on utube :)
