Valentines

It's a good thing I take a lot of pictures, otherwise I would forget what I do with my life. Days just seem to fly by around here and lately I have been trying to be more responsible about going to bed on time instead of staying up all night getting things done. Like blog posts. Oops. Well this year for valentines we did something extra special and we had a party for both Heidi and Mya! They were a big hit with the kids! And I have decided that I need to stop trying to be a pinterest mom and just be a mom, because everything I try on pinterest fails anyway!!! lol. But the kids think they are so great. SO here is our pinterest unworthy valentines party (X2), and I don't even care!

We did some valentines colouring pages

We decorated heart shaped sugar cookies

And decorated bags and exchanged valentines!

 

Made some heart shaped rice krispie treats and cake marshmellow pops.

And then did it all over again the next day with Mya's little friends!  i was pretty tired by the end of day two!!

And a little post party nursing of the dolls!  Mya loves to be a mom ;)

And I tried a little more pinteresting for our family dinner on valentines day but it was a lame attempt, hahahahaha!
