I can hardlybelieve this day has come! Jake turned one this past month and he is growing so fast I can't keep up!!! I miss his newborn stage but am also having so much fun watching him discover new things and learn and grow. He is currently really into ride on toys and loves his stuffed dog that grandma Taylor gave him for Christmas. Oh and balls. Balloons. And anything that resembles a ball! He really has such a sweet countenance and is so fun to have in our home. He continues to be spoiled by all his big sisters who love on him all day long! Our Jakey boy sure does get the spotlight in this house!

Favorite foods: he is a picky eater!! I drives me nuts, but he does love apples, oatmeal with blueberries, these homemade raw chocolate macaroons that I make, strawberries, cucumber, carrots, pizza (yes. pizza!) Oh and those squishy baby food packs.
Thanks to Jana Matthews and her amazing skills making this birthday cake for him to smash up for the sake of some photos :) Totally worth it in my opinion!
