Lake Blaine

Sitting in the cold early winter and remembering the lovely family holiday we had this past July and I forgot to blog! It was such a fun week and the kids still talk about how much fun they had! I remember waking up with Jake at 5:30am because he wasn't used to being in a room that is so light (he has slept in our closet from birth up until last week!). We would go for early morning walks outside until it was late enough that the other might be awake inside. I remember playing frisbee with the kids on the beautiful lawn. I remember tubing until we hurt, wakeboarding, Jadyn trying kneeboarding for the first time, and spending time with cousins that we don't get together with very often. The reunion with my big girls after they spent 3 weeks on a road trip with their daddy in Boston/New York was especially memorable. And the weather. I miss the heat! Here are a few (ok a lot) of fun moments captured.

Jadyn insisted that she wanted to go for a wild ride on the tube, she was begging to get flipped off.  So my dad gave them a wild ride.  The men were talking after about how crazy it was, and when they hit a big wake at high speed the flipped and all landed in the water.  Jadyn's dream come true.  Haha!

We did a lot of tube wars.  Three tubes behind the boat, everyone climbing all over each other and jumping from tube to tube, and getting thrown off.  SO fun.
