Bunk beds!

This week during Josh's days off we tackled a project on the to do list, bunk beds! The girls were sooo excited about these and loved to help out. Josh got all the wood, cut it, routered it, sanded, and then the ladies of the house all painted it a fresh white! I think they turned out great, and these things are so heavy duty! Thanks Josh! I am so glad I have a husband that likes to work hard :)

They were such great helpers!

I put them to bed in my room last night so we could finish building the beds in their room, and they were so excited they couldn't sleep and wandered in to help some more. They were up until 10:00pm because they were so excited, it was like Christmas!

And here they are in the daylight, I love them!

Did he use plans from somewhere? We are not in the market quite yet for bunk beds, but I know it's in our future! I would love to be able to build them when we need them. Yours look great!
