Mother's day

On Friday I got to attend a special "Mother's day tea" with Heidi at her preschool. I loved every moment of it. Heidi loves spoiling me as a mom and loves doing thoughtful things for me, so she really thought this was a pretty special day. She was counting down the days all week! They sang some songs for all the moms and then serves us cake and juice. Loved it! Thanks Heidi!

Today we lucked out with such nice weather for Mother's day so Jadyn suggested we walk to church! It is about a half an hour walk or so, so I was hoping maybe it would induce labour, but no luck! I snapped this photo of the girls about half way there. I am so blessed to have these girls in my life! (who brought me breakfast in bed with lots of homemade cards and gifts made at school last week:)

We spent the evening at my parents house where the husbands all took take of the dinner and cleaning, it was wonderful. I love my mom so much and don't know what I would do without her! I can't believe I forgot to pull out the camera while we were there, but we did enjoy lots of yummy food and good times chatting on the porch! We didn't get to see Josh's mom today but I need to do a shout out to her and how wonderful she is and what a great job she did raising my husband! She is one of the kindest women I know!
