Harvest Half

Josh ran the Harvest Half Marathon with his sister and brother in law. They all did so great! Unfortunately Josh got a little too over zealous and lengthened his stride too much on the day of the race (says the chiropractor) and ended up hurting his knee, he hopped, limped, and somehow still ran to the finish line, he was determined to finish after all the training he had done! It was so disappointing to injure himself on the race day since he had been working so hard for this, but he still finished in great time! Now lets hope he is better before the full marathon scheduled for next month! The kids love cheering him on and we were so proud of him when he finished with a smile on his face even though he was in so much pain.  I love that guy so much! He is always so positive!
