Well I certainly did today, I wonder if I am the only one that lets things get out of hand this much? I couldn't believe when I walked in the door this afternoon that we had actually left it like that, crazy! So much running around to do, not enough time to clean up I guess. Should I hire a house cleaner? I think so. Tomorrow I will be better. Tomorrow I will also be better at working out, cooking, getting projects done, and not procrastinating. Oh and I will take down that nativity that seems to still be on the ledge...
On a more productive note, I have gotten SOME things done, like some sewing for example. I made this camera strap extra wide to allow a pocket on either side for a memory card and my lens cap, I ALWAYS put the lens cap down somewhere and then forget where it is. It drives Josh nuts, so now I can just slip it into the pocket and I am good to go!

I did some shopping the other day, I went looking for some fun photo props but came back with these instead, aren't they cute and matchy? I love matching and the girls mismatched beds were driving me crazy, so I found these at home sense and fell in love, and even better now I can get off my mind that I am going to try to sew them some quilts, now I don't have to worry about that unrealistic thought that keeps running through my mind! These were waaaay easier and a lot cheaper than if I were to do them myself :) Now we just need to get them some bunk beds...

I also found this cutie for their jewellery, I took the photo with the tags on but it looks even cuter without, I just wanted to make sure Jadyn liked it before I took them off. She loved it and went scouring the house for all her jewellery right way!

I've also almost finished decorating Mya's room, I am just waiting on her quilt to be finished and then it's done, maybe a few odds and ends to go up on the wall, but I am finally pretty satisfied with it. :)

Wow! I'm not gonna say it's clean. Really a sign that you're a good mom. I love how relaxed you are. And cute fabric on the camera strap. And love the beds.
AHHHH sigh of relief that my house isn't the only house to look like that!

You know, this post shows how much time you put into your kids and family and others that sometimes cleaning takes back seat - good for you! And I LOVE the girls quilts!!! what a great find!! They are So pretty. I can't wait to see Heidi's room!! you need to post!

Your girls quilts are adorable!! I love great finds! And nice work on the strap, I always loose my lens cap too!
Ok...my house is constantly dirty like that! Minus the Culligan bottles and the big castle...but everything else is there!
I LOVE the lens cap holder on the strap - great idea. I'm copying!
Also, I'm a big fan of the girls bedding. I started making quilts for my girls way back before Paige was born. I might not ever finish. I'm definitely buying some next time I decorate their rooms.
